Violations cited prior to 10/1/18 cannot be paid on this portal.

• For earlier parking tickets, please contact DeKalb Police Department at 815-748-8413 for alternative payment options.

Collections/IDROP:  The City of DeKalb has retained the services of Municipal Collections of America for debt collection. If a search for your violation indicates "Collections" or "IDROP," you may not be able to pay your debt through this Payment Portal.
